Create your own Spa Day!!!

Six years ago, my now-husband bought me a gift certificate to a spa. After being pampered for the day I was hooked. Every year for my birthday I ask for a gift certificate to my local spa. I look forward to my spa day every year.

Since I enjoy it so much, I decided every month I would have a Spa Day at Home, where I pamper myself and relive those tranquil days at the spa. In this post, you will find out what you need to create your own Spa day. You will also find my Spa Day at Home Schedule!

The relationship between breastfeeding & relaxation

When I was pregnant with my daughter in 2016 I planned to breastfeed exclusively for the first six months. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned and I made the choice to formula feed shortly after her birth. I want all mothers to know that ultimately, it doesn’t matter if you breastfeed or formula feed. All that matters is that you love your child and you are providing all you can for them.

My readers will now have access to information about the relationship between Breastfeeding and Relaxation. Enjoy!
